Who is Nicole?

Nicole started practising yoga in 2006 whilst practising for her dance competitions at 15.

It wasn’t until after graduating from University that her practised grew from just a stretching, physical form into a more spiritual practice going deeper into the asana’s, meditation and mantra.

In 2015 she travelled to India where she did her first 200hr teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India.

Nicole has since trained in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, Thai Massage & Reformer Pilates bringing Yin & Yang elements to her classes.

It’s all about balance; flowing and moving energy around the body (Yang) to moving into stillness, connecting to the stillness and the breath – being present (Yin).

Nicole can help to soothe your mind, body and soul through healing yoga, meditation, breathing and sound healing practices she has learnt along her travels in India & Thailand.

Bringing the East to the West, because we all need a bit more woo-sah.

Her future dream is to live and breathe yoga retreats, by creating her own yoga retreat space for students and fellow teachers alike to create retreat magic from.

Who is Pamela?

Pamela is a certified international women’s health coach, speaker, and menstruation and menopause consultant for the workplace, with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.

She has received training from The Integrated Women’s Health Institute and the International Menopause Society (IMS), holds membership with the IMS and the British Standard Institute (BSI), and is an advisor to the BSI for the Menstruation, Menstrual Health and Menopause in the Workplace. Pamela also holds a BSc in Psychology and Sports Science.

Pamela is passionate about educating and empowering women, disrupting the narrative about peri-menopause and beyond. She offers evidence-based practices and combined training and techniques tailored to individual needs and senior leaders.

Her wealth of experience, knowledge, and unwavering commitment makes Pamela an indispensable resource for those navigating the challenges of Menopause and organisations striving to create supportive workplace cultures for individuals in this stage of life.
