I think we put so much pressure on giving our highest self all the praise. But what about the other versions of ourselves?

The parts where we had to be strong and resilient, the parts that have dealt with heartbreak and grief, the parts that have gotten us out of bed when we really couldn’t, the parts where we have shown anger and animosity, the parts where we’ve felt really fucking shit….. all these parts deserve all the love, praise and compassion for being there, for helping us work through the shit to come out the other side 🧡

We are 5 sound healers that will guide you into a meditative state with the sounds and vibrations of our collective of instruments… we’ve got crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums. You name it, all to help ease anxiety and stress, aid in better sleep and activate a higher state of consciousness.

The summer blues set in quite early in the UK but not in Spain! ☀️With temperatures still warm enough to sunbathe and swim we have the perfect retreat for you!

We welcome you to a space to rest, reset and reconnect.

With a stunning yoga room for our morning and evening yoga, meditation and flying sound bath practices. We also have access to a salt water pool for those post practice dips, afternoon sunbathing and our floating sound bath practices, along with a gorgeous sauna, Japanese hot tub and an ice bath.

There are 2 reformer machines for those who want to book in a 1-1 or 2-1 session with us too, along with a treatment room to ease all the tensions with a menu of treatments for you to choose from.

All bedrooms have been beautiful designed and decorated in this stunning converted Spanish farmhouse. All with en-suite bathrooms.
