8 Day Deep Reset: Yin Yang Yoga Retreat
6th-13th April 2024
South Goa, India
Join us for an 8 day yoga retreat in the breathtaking Indian tropics.
Honing in on yin-yang principles and offering a beautiful balance of ritual, restoration, relaxation, and pleasure, the goal of this retreat is to bring you home to yourself. To disconnect from our daily stresses and reconnect to our hearts and our souls.
Find yourself in a remarkably unique location: a secluded beach at the Southernmost point of Goa just bordering on Karnataka state.
The beautiful eco-lodge and yoga retreat is embedded in palm trees and situated on its own private stretch on oceanfront land with a rocky mountain cove just off the warm blue waters of South Goa, making it a unique and perfect place to disconnect and reconnect.
Imagine it’s just you, looking out at the Arabian Sea from the balcony of your own private cabana surrounded by lush native palm trees and serene nature, before getting up to move your body and connect with yourself while taking in the mind-blowing views of the Arabian Sea.
Yoga, exploration, beach, and more.
Arrive: Saturday 6th April, from 2pm
Depart: Saturday 13th April from 11am
Accommodation Options:
HUTS
These are built using local organic materials. They are stylish, comfortable, private, and eco-friendly.
Nestled in a canopy of palms and located just steps from the beach, these huts are designed to help you reconnect with nature.
CABANAS
Elegantly designed glass-fronted cabanas have beautiful natural views overlooking the beach or surrounding countryside.
They feature an open-roofed ensuite bathroom, lush outdoor shower, and a spacious balcony. Read a book on your balcony, watch the stars, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Set in beautiful South India, Polem Beach is the southernmost beach in Goa.
Overlooking a secluded mesmerizing, 700 m long stretch of glittering sand and a vast blue expanse of water, this beach is where the coastline of Karnataka starts and that of Goa ends.
It’s a perfect destination for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle, the crowds, or the tourists. It’s an ideal place to spend some time with oneself 🙂
The beach is quite secluded and there’s a high chance that the only people you will meet here are those you’re retreating with or local fishermen.
The beach features big, rocky cliffs which only add to its naturally shocking beauty.
The beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing and two of the biggest attractions here are the dolphins and the white-bellied fish eagles that you can see right from the beach.
Unlike a lot of secluded Goan beaches, here you’re able to find a few shacks, where you can sit and relax amidst the refreshing sea and enjoy a snack on the beach.

We are Nicole and Ally, two friends who met through yoga. It was our shared values and our travels through India that brought us so close together.
We live on different continents but that’s never mattered and putting our combined love and energy into something shared has always been a little dream of ours.
We are so excited to come together to hold space and share with you what we love so deeply about yoga, its traditions, philosophies, and the ancient land of India.
Nicole Windle
Nicole started practising yoga in 2006 whilst training for her dance competitions at 15. Fast forward, her practice grew from a stretching, physical form and journeyed deeper into the asana’s, meditation and mantra.
She travelled to India in 2015 where she did her first 200hrs teacher training course and has taught and travelled around India, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal & Ibiza.
Nicole has trained in Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, Thai Massage & Reformer Pilates.
She’s been teaching and guiding students since 2015 with over 400 hours of training, bringing Yin & Yang elements to her classes.
It’s all about balance; flowing and moving energy around the body (Yang) to moving into stillness, connecting to the stillness and the breath – being present (Yin).
She can help to soothe your mind, body and soul through healing yoga, meditation, breathing and sound healing practices she has learnt along her travels in India & Thailand.
She brings the East to the West, because we all need a bit more woo-sah.
Her future dream is to live and breathe yoga retreats, by creating her own yoga retreat space for students and fellow teachers alike to create retreat magic from.
Ally Kendall
In 2016 Ally left Canada and set off on a yoga journey that shifted everything. She received her 200-hour teacher training certificate in Guatemala and afterward, quit her job to stay in the jungle and volunteer as a yoga teacher.
Since then, she’s traveled through Mexico, Europe, India, Asia, and Indonesia studying what Yoga is, teaching, experimenting with silent retreats, and exploring different cultures, practices, and traditions.
Amongst her travels, she always somehow landed back in Mexico, so she called it home for the past three years until recently moving home to Canada.
Wherever she is in the world, she offers yoga and meditation classes/events, facilitate retreats, and works remotely with the team at BookRetreats 🙂
Ally’s intention is to bring people together to experience all of what she loves about India in a safe, comfortable, and pleasurable container where people can rest, rejuvenate, and explore.
Her focus is to guide others to connect with their bodies, Selves, and nature by sharing the gifts of yoga and living a yogic life.
Leaning into yin foundations, her classes are gentle, mindful, and breath-focused with slow movement, long holds, and meditative cues.
Nicole is a fantastic teacher and has taught me so much, especially that my practice is my own and it doesn’t have to look like other people’s, and that I should thank myself for showing up and giving myself the time to do yoga!
— Shauna, UK
I chose this retreat based on the vibe and intentions that Ally brought. Ally knows what she is doing and knows how to hold space and cultivate the proper yoga retreat energy and environment.
